JobMatchAI provides career intelligence tools, including resume parsing, skill profiling, job matching analysis, ATS readiness scoring, and interview preparation.

All AI-driven analysis is executed server-side utilizing secure cloud infrastructure and leading AI language models. User profile data, career history, and application tracking details are securely stored in our cloud-hosted database systems (Supabase).

2. Plans, Credits & Fair Use

• Free Tier: Includes 5 free credits upon sign-up to test and explore core features such as match scoring and skill evaluation.
• Pro Tier: A subscription-based plan that provides recurring credit allowances, advanced AI evaluations, deep fit analyses, and comprehensive application tracking.
• Fair Use: Accounts are provided strictly for individual job seeker use. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, bot activity, reverse engineering, or abuse of our API infrastructure will result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

3. AI Recommendations & Advisory Disclaimer

Advisory Nature: JobMatchAI provides match scores, suggestions, resume optimization recommendations, and decision guidance strictly for informational and advisory purposes. We do not guarantee interview callbacks, job offers, or employment placement.

User Responsibility: Artificial intelligence models may occasionally produce approximations or incomplete outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of any generated content or tailored resume text before submitting applications to employers.

4. Payments and Billing

All subscription and credit package payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes, including 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Indian residents.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

JobMatchAI and its services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUREXARA AI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and JobMatchAI brand are the exclusive property of AUREXARA AI. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all personal information, resume documents, and custom career data you upload or submit.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
